1000L brewery factory project. The configuration includes 2 vessels brewhouse combined with mash/lauter & kettle/whirlpool, the brewing process uses infusion brewing and mash in lauter tun, equipping with 1500L hot liquor tank and cold liquor tank, two stages exchanger, 4 of 1000L fermentation tanks, glycol chiller package, control system and filling way is based on bottle filling and keg filling.
